Welcome JackO

Dark Origin is proud to announce the acquisition of talented Luxembourgian StarCraft II player Jacques “JackO” Fuchs. JackO is the second addition to our growing StarCraft II roster, after kauP who joined in January, and we look forward to working with him as he looks to progress his career.

JackO will be competing at the upcoming $250,000 IEM Katowice World Championship event on March 2-4, with the playoffs being played on stage at the Spodek Arena. He will play in the Open Bracket for his chance to qualify for the playoffs.

We spoke to JackO about his return to the scene, and his hopes for the future:

I’d like to thank Dark Origin for giving me this opportunity. After returning from my exchange year in Japan to Europe I didn’t expect to find a new team this quickly, but after I got the offer and talked to Zombienoxx about the future plans for the team, I had no reason to say no. I am looking forward to working together with kauP as well as potential other new players and the management in order to improve my play and perform at my best in tournaments. I am also very excited already to represent Dark Origin for the first time at IEM Katowice in the Open Bracket”.

Dark Origin’s coaching team and staff look forward to working with Jacques, and we can’t wait to see him competing at IEM Katowice and the events that follow.
