kauP is representing Dark Origin at StarCraft II’s WCS Leipzig
Dark Origin is excited to announce that Alexander "kauP" Hahn will be travelling to Dreamhack Leipzig to represent the organisation at the StarCraft II World Championship Series! Matches are set to take place between January 26th-28th, and a total of 64 players will be battling it out in Germany.
kauP stated “I'm excited to be able to compete at a LAN tournament again, as my last event was quite a while ago, and I am happy that Dark Origin is supporting me. My goal is to give my absolute best during my matches, and to overcome some of the past problems that have haunted me in tournament situations”.
The event has been divided into 16 groups containing 4 players each, and kauP has been put into Group G. He’ll be up against Harstem, HolyHit and NoLimit in his battle to progress through to the next stage of the tournament.
Sebastian "Z3NDO" K., Dark Origin’s StarCraft II Team Manager, gave a statement about the upcoming WCS Leipzig event: "First of all, I would like to thank the management of Dark Origin for their trust in my skills and knowledge. It is always a pleasure to work with such a great team! Furthermore, I am looking forward to working with kauP, who is a really experienced and professional player. I already had the possibility to talk with him and of course, I wish him all the best for the Dreamhack in Leipzig and will keep my fingers crossed."
We’d like to wish the best for kauP throughout WCS Leipzig, and are proud to have him representing Dark Origin!
